At MBM Foods, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please review our Returns and Refunds policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of products within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
Perishable goods (such as food products) cannot be returned once opened. Items purchased during promotions or sales are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mbmfood.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your product.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or was incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, we are happy to replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for any replacement items sent due to our error.
5. Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened food products
- Items purchased during clearance or sales events
- Gift cards
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@mbmfood.com for further assistance.
7. International Returns
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs fees and duties. MBM Foods is not responsible for lost or undelivered returned items; we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
